POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the 3rd Shift Inventory Supervisor, the Turret Truck Operator/Warehouse Associate is responsible for operating the turret truck, as well as various other MHE. The ideal candidate will exercise their multi-tasking skills while ensuring all received inbound freight is put away in its designated location within the warehouse, in a timely and organized manner. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and a clean and safe working warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
**The 3rd shift schedule is Sunday - Thursday, 8:00p - 4:30a** RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operate material handling machinery including turret trucks, cherry-pickers, pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, scales, and forklifts
- Stocking and moving material correctly throughout the warehouse
- Maintain accurate data inventory by assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Degree, or equivalent
- 1+ years work experience
- Experience operating a turret truck
- Ability to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use basic hand tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous fulfillment center or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience
- Experience having worked with bearings and/or power transmission component parts
