**Beauty Advisor - Dyson** Location**CA - BREA** **Ignite Your Passion as a Dyson Beauty Advisor!** **Are you ready to revolutionize the world of hair care? ActionLink is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dyson Beauty Advisor. Imagine yourself in the chic environment of Nordstrom, dazzling customers with Dyson's state-of-the-art hair styling tools.** **Join Us:**If you have a passion for hair care and a love for Dyson's innovative products, we want you on our team!** **Schedule and Main Locations** + **16-18 hours per week; 7-8 hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays** + **Nordstrom at Brea Mall in Brea** **What we offer:** + **Pay Range:**$27.00-$29.00, commensurate with experience** + **Incentive pay:**Complete 100% of scheduled shifts and hours during the month of May and earn an additional $1 per hour worked!** + **Earn while you learn:**Paid online training to certify you on Dyson product knowledge** + **Benefits:**W2 employment with biweekly pay, optional 401(k) with company match and paid time off** **What you will do:** + **Captivate customers!**Create unforgettable experiences by showcasing Dyson's groundbreaking hair styling tools.** + **Live Demos:**Wow customers with live demonstrations that highlight the transformative power of Dyson products.** + **Expert Advice:**Be the go-to guru for all things hair styling, answering questions and providing top-notch advice.** + **Training:**Empower store associates with the knowledge and confidence to share Dyson's product benefits.** + **Merchandising**:** **Ensure Dyson products are always presented in their best light.** + **Share Feedback:**Provide your insights and photos after each shift to help us continually improve** **The Talent We Are Seeking:** + **Personality: Outgoing individuals who love engaging with shoppers** + **Experience: Previous experience in beauty sales, product demonstration, or hair styling** + **Knowledge: Familiarity with Sephora and/or Ulta retail environments is advantageous.** + **Teaching: Educate and inspire in both individual and group settings** + **Transportation: Reliable vehicle for travel to assigned locations** + **Tech Savvy: Access to a smart device to complete reporting** + **Physical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time** **ActionLink, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting.
