The Business Development  Analyst will receive direction from the CalBIS Programs and Outreach Associate Deputy Director and general program direction from Deputy Director.

This position performs the more responsible, varied, and complex technical analytical duties to assist with providng state-wide business attraction and expansion project-based support in California.

Hybrid: this position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule and requires reporting in-person at headquarters in Sacramento 2 times a week . #li-hybrid

Salary and Application Information

Salary -

Employment Application -

  1. Please describe your experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Include specific CRM platforms you've used (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot), your role in using or managing the system, and how you used it to support business processes, track engagement, or improve workflow efficiency.

  2.Please describe your experience with AI tools, data analysis, or automation platforms, such as Python, machine learning models, or other related technologies. Explain how you have used these tools in a professional context to support decision making, streamline operations, or analyze complex data
