The ideal candidate will combine hands-on accounting and tax expertise with the drive to develop client relationships, mentor staff, and contribute to strategic growth.
Manage and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax engagements
Lead audits, reviews, and compilations across a variety of industries
Provide proactive tax planning, business consulting, and financial guidance to clients
Cultivate and grow client relationships and identify opportunities for new business
Mentor and develop junior staff to strengthen the firm’s next generation of leaders
Collaborate with current partners on strategic planning, firm operations, and business development initiatives
Stay current on evolving tax regulations, accounting standards, and best practices
Active CPA license (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s in Accounting or Taxation preferred
5+ years of progressive public accounting experience (tax and/or audit) with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business development
Strong knowledge of GAAP, federal and state tax codes, and auditing standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Clear path to equity partnership within an agreed-upon timeframe
Direct involvement in firm governance and decision-making
