Baptist Health is looking for CVO Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in IN, IL, or KY
Provides administrative clerical support to the Central Verification Organization (CVO) as assigned to include maintenance of calendar and scheduling of meetings, drafting of memos, PSV receipt reconciliation, monitoring the fax folder, face to face photo ID verification with initial physician/AHP applicants, typing of correspondence, minute taking, etc.
The CVO Administrative Assistant will provide administrative clerical support to the Central Verification Organization (CVO) as assigned to include maintenance of calendar and scheduling of meetings, drafting of memos, typing of correspondence, minute taking, etc.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Associate degree in secretarial studies strongly preferred.
At least 3-5 years' experience in an administrative secretarial role is required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required.
