A confidential and rapidly growing manufacturer is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive advanced manufacturing programs for a diverse portfolio of electric motors. With over ten major product launches planned across North America in the next 24 months, this role is critical to scaling operations and delivering on complex technical programs.
As the Head of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering , you will lead the launch of next-generation electric motors—from small-volume, specialized systems to high-volume automated production—across multiple manufacturing sites. You’ll be responsible for meeting aggressive program milestones, managing capital investments, growing a top-tier team, and delivering quality, on-budget, on-time execution.

10+ years of experience in electric motor design, development, and manufacturing
Proven track record launching a variety of motor types (DC, AC, axial flux, brushless, induction, hairpin, etc.) into production
Expertise in managing CAPEX programs , production ramp-up, and scalable manufacturing systems
Strong team leadership skills with experience mentoring and scaling cross-functional teams
