District Manager – Fast Casual Restaurant Group

$90,000 - $105,000 + Bonus

This rapidly expanding, people-first restaurant group is seeking a results driven District Manager to inspire strong teams, elevate operations, and fuel continued growth.

Role Responsibilities:

The District Manager is responsible for overseeing operations for 4-7 fast casual restaurants. Primary duties:

• Coach and empower General Managers through direct mentorship and performance management to achieve excellence in staffing, cost efficiency, guest experience, and brand consistency
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to set strategic direction, allocate resources, and align district operations with company-wide goals
• Drive operational consistency by leading the adoption of best practices, implementing new initiatives, and ensuring high standards across all locations
• Make regular in-person visits to restaurants to assess performance, reinforce company values, and support team development in real time
• Oversee key planning efforts including budgeting, capital planning, and initiatives that prioritize employee growth and engagement
• Use operational and financial data to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and implement solutions that drive sustained improvement
• Provide hands-on support to underperforming locations by addressing leadership gaps, streamlining operations, and enhancing the guest experience
• Maintain strong internal communication and cultivate strategic partnerships that support long-term success and operational excellence

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a District Manager with a national or regional fast-food/QSR brand, overseeing at least 5 high-volume units averaging $1.5M in annual sales each
• Proven success in analyzing and improving restaurant-level P&Ls to drive profitability and ensure lasting financial performance
• Strong, people-centered leader with a track record of developing top-performing teams — able to maintain a regular presence across multiple restaurant locations (1–3 visits per day)
• Local candidates only — must reside in or near the designated area
