【Job Responsibilities】 Be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the hotel, formulate and implement the hotel's development strategy, annual business plan and budget plan, and ensure the realization of the hotel's business goals. 2. Establish and improve the hotel management system and regulations, optimize the operation process, and enhance management efficiency and service quality. 3. Coordinate the hotel's marketing strategies, expand customer resources, enhance brand influence and market share. 4. Supervise the operation of each department, coordinate and solve major operational issues, and ensure that all standards for hotel services, safety, hygiene, etc. are met. 5. Be responsible for team building and management, cultivate core backbone members, and foster a corporate culture of efficient collaboration. 6.
