Jr & Sr Bilingual Real Estate Showing Assistant LICENSE REQUIRED/COMMISSION/per showing pay If you’re an agent who wants to show homes instead of dealing with contracts, cold calling, and finding new business, apply today! We’re seeking a Showing Agent to support sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and delivering high-quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, approved buyers working at all times, showings per week to fully qualified buyers. Responsibilities: • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Must be bilingual and available throughout the week, weekend, and evenings Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Bilingual • Available throughout the day, evening, and weekend About Company: REVO Real Estate Team, formerly Gamboa Real Estate Group, is a high-performing real estate team in Salt Lake City affiliated with Keller Williams Utah Realtors.
