Job Summary

The Organizational Change Management Lead will lead change management efforts for the implementation of strategic organizational initiatives, including a new Pension Administration System (PAS). The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in change management methodologies, particularly Prosci ADKAR, and have a proven track record of driving successful adoption of enterprise-level systems and strategic initiatives with a focus on the people side of change.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to ease the transition, maximize user engagement and support the successful implementation of the new PAS and other organizational changes.
  • Apply the Prosci ADKAR methodology to assess change readiness, identify resistance, and build stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and communication strategies.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of project activities and processes to apply a structured organizational change management approach and methodology to enable smooth adoption of the changes associated with multiple IT projects.
  • Design and deliver communications, and materials to support user adoption.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, HR, IT and stakeholders and leaders throughout the organization to ensure alignment and integration of change activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Proactively identify points of resistance and develop strategies to address them.
  • Coach managers and supervisors on how to lead through change.
  • Help to mentor and support a small team of change champions within departments impacted by the change.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on change progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Organizational Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) within 6 months of hire.
  • 5 years of experience supporting large scale organizational change initiatives focused on the people side of change. 
  • Demonstrated experience applying Prosci ADKAR or similar methodologies in large-scale system implementations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies(preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment(preferred).
  • Strong understanding of pension systems or experience in public sector retirement administration is highly desirable(preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies a plus(preferred).
