About Us
Luxury Executive is the newly launched executive search division of Experts in Luxury (EIL) — a global group that also includes Luxury Recruit, our established recruitment brand founded in 2007. We specialise in senior leadership and C-suite appointments across the luxury, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, and consumer goods sectors.
Having successfully delivered for our U.S. clients from our London headquarters, we are now ready to launch a dedicated U.S. office to serve the North American market. Our ambition is clear: to become a dominant executive search player across the USA by 2030.
We are seeking a Partner or Managing Partner to join us at launch and lead this exciting next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the launch and growth of Luxury Executive in the USA
Deliver retained executive search mandates at C-suite and senior leadership levels
Drive new business development across luxury and consumer markets
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Recruit and manage a high-performing team as the U.S. business scales
Shape go-to-market strategy and brand positioning for the U.S.
Collaborate with the Group CEO and global leadership team
Ideal Candidate Profile
Based in the USA (preferably New York, though remote/hybrid will be considered)
Partner or Managing Partner-level experience in executive search
Proven success placing senior leadership and C-level talent
Industry expertise in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, hospitality, or consumer sectors
Strong business development track record and an existing client network
Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building new ventures
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
