The sales associate/ welder role is an exciting opportunity to provide world-class service while offering a rapidly
growing experience through permanent jewelry and delighting our Nordstrom customer.
What you’ll do
Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience
● Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
● Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
● Deliver in store services with confidence (eg: welding, engraving and monogramming), training provided
Supporting the Team
● Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times ● Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment
● Exceptional personal grooming and presentation
Delivering Efficiency

● Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising
guidelines, stock deliveries)
