Job Description:-

We are looking for Scrum master/ Project Manager with Delivery and minimal Agile coaching exposure

Required Skills:-

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
• Work with the Product Developer to prioritise the product backlog.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
• Deep experience driving enterprise agility, value stream transformation, lean portfolio management, and large-scale delivery operations.
• As an Agile coach introduced SAFe and custom scaling frameworks to enable Agile teams to evolve within the projects and the team.
• Trained and certified Product Managers and Product Owners; mentored three Scrum Masters and delivery leads.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
• Worked with engineering, compliance, and data teams to meet interoperability and regulatory requirements while improving delivery throughput.
• Embedded backlog management practices, flow metrics, and Jira automation into daily operations, improving delivery predictability.
• A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies in large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe certified or equivalent preferred
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
