As a **Security Professional Commercial Patrol Driver** in **Westlake Village, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. This is a driving post, so you will be required to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. You will be the first point of contact for those in need of assistance, using your strong communication skills to address concerns and provide guidance. Join our team and contribute to a collaborative environment where integrity and teamwork are at the core of everything we do. **Position Type: Full Time** **Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Mon07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM **What You'll Do:** + Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites + Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education + Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams + Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service + Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. + Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
