- Contract Duration: 3-4 months
- Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI
- Onsite for training the first week, then onsite once per month.
- Compensation: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
Project: Recruiting for Clinical (Case Managers) and Product-focused (health plan lifecycle, analytical and data) positions
What you will do as a Senior Recruiter: - Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs through intake and strategy meetings
- Build compelling job descriptions and post across targeted platforms and social channels
- Source, screen, and interview top talent, providing insightful candidate summaries for manager review
- Manage candidate relationships from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive experience
- Review compensation and develop offers, negotiating with candidates to secure top hires
- Collaborate with HR partners and leadership to deploy effective recruiting strategies and best practices
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and suggest process improvements to enhance results
- Provide consultative guidance to leaders, applying industry knowledge and talent insights to hiring decisions
What you will bring to the Senior Recruiter role: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5–9 years of recruiting experience, blending direct search and corporate recruiting
- Expertise using Applicant Tracking Systems (Ultipro Recruiting strongly preferred)
- Proven success leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other proactive sourcing methods
- Experience recruiting in Technology, Healthcare Economics/Data Analysis, Operations, Finance, and Health Services
- Strong understanding of employment law, EEOC, and OFCCP compliance
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
