Job Description

The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and design of a program in ServiceNow HRSD. 

Responsibilities

• Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions for clients and customers - 30%
• Lead technical teams in the implementation and operations of HRSD solutions - 30%
• Engage with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership - 20%
• Develop business cases and contribute to business development opportunities - 20%

Requirements

• US Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree
• 10-12+ years of experience architecting and designing ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• 10+ years of experience leading implementations of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• 8+ years of experience engaging with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements
• 8+ years of understanding and experience designing integrations and interfaces with other systems
• 8+ years of understanding and experience designing data models
• 8+ years of excellent customer relationship management skills, including effective oral and written communications
• 5+ years of experience engaging with client executives to generate roadmaps and recommendations
• 5+ years of experience creating roadmaps for technical offering growth and innovation

Desired Skills

• ServiceNow HRSD Certification
• Understanding of other ServiceNow products
• Understanding of other HR technologies (PeopleSoft, HCM, Cornerstone On Demand, etc.)
• Understanding and experience with NowCreate
• Understanding of Agile development methodology and willingness to knowledge transfer
• Experience with Federal agencies, their requirements, and their workflows
• Master's degree
