ALSO is seeking a
Visual Product Designer to elevate craft, consistency, and brand expression across our entire digital ecosystem – from vehicle UI to mobile app to website.
What You’ll Do - Craft UI & Visual Design: You will craft high-quality, production-ready screens, components, and interactions that reflect the ALSO visual language across mobile, in-vehicle platforms, and web.
- Manage the Design System: You will help build and maintain reusable components in Figma – making sure everything from buttons to layouts reflects the brand and works consistently across our app, vehicle UI, and marketing content.
- Prototype and Test Ideas: Build interactive prototypes and support testing efforts that evaluate usability, visual clarity, and brand alignment.
- Execute UX Direction: You will translate user research, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes into UI interfaces that balance aesthetics with usability.
- Deliver with Precision: You will create dev-ready assets and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented smoothly across platforms.
What You’ll Bring - 3+ years of experience in product, UI, or visual design – preferably across both brand and digital environments.
- A portfolio that shows polished visual design, a strong sense of hierarchy and layout, and attention to detail across devices.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with After Effects or motion tools is a plus.
- Experience working within a design system and contributing to its evolution.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills – you’re responsive, open to feedback, and enjoy working closely with other designers.
- Experience designing for mobile, web, or in-vehicle interfaces is a plus.
The salary for this position ranges from $180,000 - $220,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
